Ćą˙ķż Ųčėąäęä˙ķGraduate of the State Musical Teachers’ Training Institute named after M. Ippolitov-Ivanov majoring in piano and of the Moscow Institute of Finance and Economics.

In 1990-93 took part in founding the Novaya Opera Theatre of Moscow (artistic director and chief conductor – Evgeny Kolobov), where held a position of chief administrator. In 1993-98 she worked at the “Helikon-Opera” Music Theatre (artistic director and chief director Dmitry Bertman) as deputy director.

In 2001 since foundation of Moscow City Symphony Orchestra “Russian Philharmonic” Gayane Shiladzhyan was appointed CEO of the orchestra.

In April 2004 Gayane Shiladzhyan received diploma “For major contribution to Russian management developing” at the Russian Managers Forum. In 2005 was instated Honoured Culture Worker of the Russian Federation and also won the VI Moscow Contest “A Woman – Director of the Year”.

Since 2010 Gayane Shiladzhyan is a member of International Artist Managers’ Association (IAMA) which is the only world association in the sphere of classical music management. Moscow City Symphony Orchestra «Russian Philharmonic» became the first full symphony orchestra from Russia which joined IAMA as an affiliated member.

Also since 2010 in sign of recognition of success in orchestra development within 10 years Madame Shan Guo – President of China Symphony Development Foundation and President of Alliance of Asia-Pacific Region Orchestras (AAPRO) invited Gayane Shiladzhyan to represent Russia in AAPRO General Committee.
